CONDITIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF PRODUCTS
Unused: No detectable traces of use.
Excellent: Very little used. Small traces of use.
Good: Used. Some traces of use.
PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS
We use Paytrail, Klarna and PayPal payment systems. With Paytrail, you can choose online banking or credit card as your payment method. At Klarna, you can also pay for your purchase in installments.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
We deliver orders within 1 – 5 working days of receiving the order. (After payment, you will receive an order in your e-mail and after mailing the product, you will receive a new message about sending the package)
If for any reason the product did not meet your expectations, you can make a cancellation notice within 14 days of receiving the shipment and return the product within 14 days of receiving this notice. Once we have received the product back in the condition it was in at the time of the transaction, we will refund the purchase price to you. The postage and return costs of the product remain to be paid by the customer.
1. Notification of return
Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information, account number and the reason for the return. This allows us to improve our service. If you have paid for the order with a Klarna invoice, please mention this when returning.
2. Packaging and shipping of returned products
Carefully pack the product in at least the same way it was sent to you. Put in the shipping list you received with the product to be returned and mark the product to be returned and the possible reason for the return. Please send the package with the tracking number, because you are responsible for returning the package to us.

3. Payment of Compensation
Once we have processed your refund, we will send you a notification of your payment via email. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receiving the refund.
