Description
An antique one-sided Grande Redoute parade silkbanner from the 1923 carnaval celebration in Nice on the Cote de Azur, France. The silk banner may refer to a prize awarded by the festival organizers. It is decorated with metallic fringe band. The banner is hand painted and signed by Anfossi S. Giotti.
